“AutoVitals is definitely worth it. What it costs will pale in comparison to what the shop will receive back in work sales due to being able to provide a complete inspection to the vehicle owner. Their product provides a complete inspection package that allows you to communicate [customer] vehicles needs directly to them with pictures and educational videos on why the services need to be done. It also streamlines the work process electronically (paper RO’s are history), communication with the SA and Technicians is simplified and so much more. This only happens if you commit to using the product and using it correctly. Our shop is making more money, the technicians are making more money. There is no way we would go back to doing it the old way.“
