The first Digital inspection program was developed by AutoVitals. We continue to lead the industry in software to help Auto Repair shop owners better manage their business.
Sure, we were the first in the industry to release digital inspections but we never stop developing our products. We have integrated products to create a platform that works cohesively so our shops benefit from a one vendor solution.
Shop Owner Made
Our products are constantly being developed and updated based off of customer feedback. On our facebook group customers work in real time with CEO to build the next release based on their needs. We also employ current and former shop owners in our training and advising teams.
We love our customers and our mission is to support and better understand their goals and needs. Every member of our staff is trained in customer support and we expect every person with a phone on their desk to understand how a shop works and use their technical skills to support our customers.

CEO & Founder
Uwe is the original founder of AutoVitals. He is passionate about building solutions for the independent automotive shop owner to succeed in the modern internet era. Prior to AutoVitals, Uwe spent 15+ years with Robert Bosch in a variety of positions around the globe, building software to master the transition to highly-computerized cars. Uwe is the inventor of multiple patents and is an Ironman finisher.
Accounting / HR
Accounting and Finance professional. Before working for AutoVitals, Jerry filled roles in finance and operations building big trucks and turning trash into treasure.
Head of Sales
As Director of Sales, Tom is responsible for leading a team of highly motivated sales representatives nationwide. Tom has a 20-year history in online marketing and social communities online and ‘for real’. In this time, he has held a variety of SEO, marketing and executive management positions with start-ups. Prior to AutoVitals, Tom served as President of R3 Marketing.
Head of Engineering
Karl grew up in Stuttgart Germany and moved to the US in 2000. He went to Santa Barbara City College and started studying Computer Science. Karl started working with Autovitals in 2008 building websites and slowly transitioned towards SEO. He loves video games and basketball, as well as hanging out with friends playing board games.
Head of Technical Operations
Neil is a former automotive technician, went to school at UCSB and received a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. His hobby is his 1977 Jeep CJ7 that he uses for rockcrawling.
Head of Operations -Raleigh, NC
He is ASE certified as a service advisor and has completed ati service advisor and shop owner training. He has a wife Emily, a three-year-old daughter Ellie, and a newborn son Frankie. He has played multiple instruments in local orchestras and bands. His hobbies are playing video games, upgrading and repairing airsoft guns and playing airsoft.
Head of Marketing
Anastacia loves meeting new people, traveling, and transforming complex ideas into the visual world. She is originally from New England and enjoys winters a lot more being located at AutoVitals headquarters in Santa Barbara. When She’s not building landing pages, traveling to events, or in meetings she enjoys swimming and running.
Head of Training
Frank lives in Las Vegas with his wife Deborah, 4 sons and 7 grandchildren and is active in his local church as well as community outreach. Excited to keep helping other shop owners, he joined forces with Autovitals and now heads up the Training for shops to help them utilize all that Autovitals has to offer.
