AutoVitals Appoints Nolan Martin as Chief Product Officer to Accelerate Product Innovation
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — August 4, 2026 — AutoVitals, a leading provider of digital solutions for independent automotive repair shops, today announced the appointment of Nolan Martin as Chief Product Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to delivering innovative technology that helps repair shops operate more efficiently and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Martin brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience spanning early-stage startups through Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, he has led product organizations responsible for building and scaling software across customer relationship management (CRM), payment processing, website content management, and customer engagement platforms. Martin’s experience closely aligns with AutoVitals’ vision for the future of auto shop software that prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction.
As Chief Product Officer, Martin will lead AutoVitals’ product organization, overseeing product strategy, roadmap development, and execution as the company continues investing in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and integrated solutions that help repair shops increase efficiency, improve customer communication, and grow profitability.
“Nolan’s experience building customer-centric software products at scale makes him an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” said Steve Kriter, Chief Executive Officer of AutoVitals. “As we continue to invest in the future of our platform, his leadership will help us prioritize and deliver the innovations our customers need to run more efficient, more profitable shops. We’re excited to welcome Nolan to AutoVitals and look forward to the impact he’ll have on our customers, partners, and team.”
Martin joins AutoVitals at a pivotal time as the company continues expanding its platform through strategic investments in product innovation and artificial intelligence. Most recently, AutoVitals announced the acquisition of Mastertech.ai, an AI-powered diagnostic and service intelligence platform that further strengthens the company’s long-term vision of delivering a unified workflow for technicians and service advisors.
“I’m excited to join AutoVitals at such an important point in the company’s growth,” said Martin. “The team has built an impressive platform with a strong reputation for helping independent repair shops succeed. I look forward to working alongside the talented team at AutoVitals to continue delivering products that solve meaningful problems for our customers and create lasting value for the industry.”
Martin’s appointment is part of a broader evolution of AutoVitals’ executive leadership team designed to provide greater functional focus and accelerate execution across the business. As part of these changes, Jennifer Thronson will transition to Chief Revenue Officer, where she will lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Cory Berg has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer and will continue leading the company’s Engineering and Development organization, while Ron Schooler continues as Chief Financial Officer.
Together, the executive leadership team will partner closely to drive AutoVitals’ next phase of innovation and growth while remaining focused on delivering exceptional value to automotive repair shops across the United States and Canada.
