Jon previously led successful technology companies such as Active Network (ACTV) and Cursive Labs. He’s passionate about family, America, and the new family Volvo XC60 and helping business owners succeed.

Ron is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of experience in technology companies. He has held leadership positions in software, hardware, and SaaS companies across a variety of industries. Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family and has several hobbies including paragliding, scuba diving, and hiking

Jenn has been CEO of BayIQ, a loyalty and marketing platform for auto repair and tire shops, for the last 2 years. She is excited to join forces with AutoVitals to provide even more value to customers. Jenn has spent the last several years building and leading technology companies. She enjoys learning new things, playing and coaching soccer, and spending time with friends and family.

Cory is a technology leader with a 30+ year track record of software and platform delivery in a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining AutoVitals, Cory led software and data science teams in global Fortune-50 companies in addition to playing a coaching role to small tech startups in Arizona and California. Cory specializes in SaaS platforms, building high-performing teams, and aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals. In his free time, Cory enjoys coaching other technology leaders, fitness, guitars, and Porsches.

Robert, who joined AutoVitals in 2019, has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. His experience includes working in car dealerships, independent auto repair shops, and software companies dedicated to the automotive industry. He is passionate about the industry, and providing tools that improve the efficiency, and performance of shops, their employees, and the communities they serve. In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, walks with the dog, live music, and going to the beach.

In her over 15 years of experience in the auto industry, Chris has had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles, ranging from receptionist to customer success advisor (CSA), trainer, and now a leadership position in management. Throughout her career, Chris has developed a strong passion for client success and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues alike. When she’s not at work, Chris loves spending quality time with my family and friends, which helps her stay grounded and balanced.

With more than 10 years of experience in both dealerships and general auto repair, Garrett Malone has been a key member of the AutoVitals team since 2018. Garrett is passionate about empowering entry-level sales reps to become high achievers and driving growth for small businesses. In his free time, Garrett enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Cole has spent his career helping fast-growing companies like Carvana and Salad and Go scale their technology and operations. He’s passionate about seamless integrations, building strong teams, and enhancing the customer experience. Outside work, Cole enjoys spending time with his family, tackling DIY projects, and hiking.
