Frank Scandura owns Frank’s European Service in Las Vegas and has built his business on the foundation of exceptional foreign auto maintenance and unparalleled customer service through honesty, integrity, and quality. Neil Daly

Neil Daly opened Oceanside Motorsports in Oceanside, CA in 2010 as a technician-centric shop, making expertise and excellence the backbone of their business. Neil’s shop takes pride in providing elite customer care from start to finish and credits using the Digital Shop as part of his shop’s success.

Jim Silverman

Jim Silverman is the Director of National Accounts for the Automotive Training Institute. Jim will be on the panel discussing “Decision Making in the Digital Age”

Stacey Diaz

Kevin Allen

Kevin Allen is a business Coach at the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) and will be on the panel for “The Evolving Role of the Service Advisor”.

Doug Brackett

Doug Brackett considers himself a student of our industry.  He started his automotive career as a technician and purchased the shop where he worked when he was 27 years old.  Thirteen years later, Downtown Automotive has become an industry leader in the adoption of digital technology and a local leader in the automotive service industry.

Russ Crosby

Russ Crosby is the owner or Russ’ Wrench in Clinton, NJ. He has worked continuously to provide customers with the best experience possible. His career has spanned over a decade and has included both dealership and private repair shop experience. Russ’s Wrench was started in order to bring the quality and convenience of a dealership straight to the customer in a more personable atmosphere.

Roy Foster

Roy Foster is the president of Roy Foster’s Automotive in Reno, Nevada. Roy Foster will be presenting on “Running at Peak Efficiency to Maximize Revenue”. 

Sara Savio

Sara Savio is a service advisor at Folsom Auto Service in Folsom, CA. Sara Savio will be on the panel discussing AutoVitals upcoming release and how AutoVitals is helping shops make further progress into the Digital Age.

Mitch Schneider

JR Luna

 JR Luna is the owner at Concours Motors Auto Repair in Ventura, California. JR will be on the panel discussing “Learning to Lead”. 

Kathleen Jarosik
