Fred Gestwicki Jr is the founder & owner of Fix-it With Fred in Canton Ohio. He was a master level dealer tech and independent shop tech for 16 years before opening his own business. In 2009, he got 3rd in the world at the 8th annual Hyundai world skill Olympics. His business operates on the values of honesty, integrity, trust, commitment, and reliability. He places an unusually high priority on the well-being of his team and that belief only attracts the best team members. His long-term goal is to build a multi-location company.

Join Fred as he talks about the key values and processes he has implemented in his shop and has driven his team to success. He will then be joined with a panel of industry experts as they speak about the automotive industry.
