The write-up I was texted included photos of my tire tread with measurements, oil dipstick showing the level, engine compartment before work was done, photo of issue found, and on and on. They explained their testing in a paragraph, shared the codes & meanings. They've really blown my mind with how thorough and well documented they are. It's obvious they're enthusiasts. Their repair work was right on. I got details of needed upcoming work on the report so I could plan ahead and budget. When I picked up my truck they surprised me with a carfax report too. I tried to maintain my composure, but I'm really thrilled I found this place!

Donald K. Benton City, WA	Don't do it! I asked him to check the brakes and to check the dccv. They did check the brakes, but the owner said he doesn't even want the car worked on unless they can charge a minimum of $700 to do a full diagnostics of the control center for the AC. Just swallow your pride and check the $50 part first!! Nope! The cost of admission is $700!!!!! when I checked the part myself, and replace it myself for $50, I will leave an updated review of these "Masters".... Just as greedy as everyone else!!! Reply: Thanks for writing Donald. I see your a musician. I am as well. Like to know about that. On this car. 1. It is a 20 yea old Jag. 2. I know these well. We have a recommend for HVAC diag for 370, so not sure where you got 700? What we did get from you was a Youtube guess about a valve. Glad to check that as a part of the diagnosis, but you car has air flow problems in the dash. The heater valve will do nothing for that. We even got some Cold AC air out of the defrost. But we were tasked with the initial inspection, and recharge. Yes, it was low. But, to continue on, yes, we need to charge for our work. The dashes in these old Jags are notorious for failing doors, actuators, so on. There is no way to fix that issue without taking out the ENTIRE dash. (been there, done that) That may be where you heard 700 bucks, but trust me that is not close to enough. We may be the only shop in town that will even look at this car? But I do like them. I own a Saab.....or 2....

The shop's owner, Tom Richardson, is very knowledgeable and understands the need to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. The owner will work with the customer to effect on those repairs authorized by the vehicle owner. No surprises will be encountered when Master Tech services your vehicle. The job is done right the first time.

They take their time and really go over your whole car, document it all and track things for the life of the car. Beyond that everyone that works there is super nice and wants to help you. Never have I felt pressured or like they were trying to cheat me in fact there have been a couple time that they have shown that something could wait until later if I wanted, when I was ready they got the repair done and knew what I was talking about when I called.
