Brandon B.	I don't usually like putting my name out there for reviews, but these guys have earned it. Often hard to find the right place for 4x4 custom work. This is the right place. These guys know their stuff - for any vehicle. First, they are particularly good at troubleshooting. I have taken problems to other places where they listen to you description, keep the care for a few hours, and then recommend work that never ends up resolving the problem. Here, they have a knack for finding the source of the problem right away - and getting it fixed. In some cases, I've put up with annoyances for years that they quickly diagnose and fix. Second, they go out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. I can be pretty demanding sometimes (between family and work demanding a lot from me), but they always work with me to find a way to fit my schedule and never get impatient with my high expectations. Ok, now they aren't perfect. They have made a mistake before - who doesn't, right? But they were very quick to own up to it and fix it right away. When I accused them of a mistake, nobody on the team got defensive, they were skeptical but took a lot, and then very quickly owned up to it and made it a high priority to fix it right away. To me, that says a lot about their professionalism. Finally, they like what they do. They all showed interest in my vehicles and shared my enthusiasm for what I valued about each one. They like to talk cars and trucks. It's not just a paycheck. Kudos to Tim, Taylor, and Raul. I'm sorry I have to move out of state and find a new shop. You guys have been great!
