Reginald G. Cleveland, Tx	I would tell them to be sure and talk to any of the service advisors behind the desk except for the lady named Stacey. I could not give a star rating higher than 3 due to her performance. I came in and told her everything that I wanted done to my trailer spiindle which had a grease cert. broke off at the end of the spindle and I broke off a ease out trying to remove the grease cert. I also wanted to ajdust the electric brakes that I just installed on all four hubs. After asking her to read back what she had typed she had what I said all wrong. She said my spindle nut was broke off and that the brakes needing adjusting because it swayed one way or the other when applying them. Totally not true. After mechanic looked at the spindle he said that he doesnt thing that he can get it out. I suggested placing a buddy bearing cap on the axle and i could grease that way. Stacey said that wheel studs were stripped and would have to be replaced and I agreed. She called me later to tell me that the studs on the other three hubs were stripped also and would require new wheel hub kits also. I was shocked that she replaced the first wheel hub with a new hub kit and not just replace the wheel studs. I told her I did not want new wheel hub kits purchased and installed. They could just purchase wheel studs and nuts instead, thats all it needed, not new hubs just because the wheel studs were stripped. She called the next day to say it was complete and ready for pickup. Cost to repair would have been 200.00 dollars cheaper on me if they would have replaced the first wheel studs instead of a whole new wheel hub kit. This lady Stacey does not have a clue to what she is doing. Even the mechanic I spoke with repairing my trailer said that she was new and he was having a time with her. Very disapointed in my experience with getting my trailer repaired there because of her non experience and her not calling me and telling me about the first hub replacement instead of studs replaced.

No one but Milstead in Conroe was able to get the RV towed over 200 miles and immediately started to work on it as soon as it arrived. Ben and John were both phenomenal in getting the work done in an extremely quick manner where other RV companies couldn’t start on the work for 6 months. My son in law was so pleased with the quickness Milstead was able to fix his RV. This is such a fantastic organization and why Milstead Service Center will always be where we recommend anyone to bring their vehicle for great quality of work and customer service.

Las Angelos, CA	I have been coming to Milstead for awhile to get work done to my motorhome amber is my go to person she makes sure that I’m well taken care of I just purchased a new motor from a private sale which was just sitting on their lot and free of charged made sure my batteries were hooked up and that I was ready for the road also Dustin is my other go to he went out of his way to make sure my old coach had somewhere to go and they dindt have to do any of that I consider this shop as like a family in a way !!

I've had my '05 F-350 serviced at Milstead's for over 5 years and have relied upon Thurman Gregory and Milstead's professional staff with the task of maintaining this classic truck. Each and every time Thurman has provided me with exceptional advice and service and goes out of his way to achieve the best results. Thurman's latest and greatest accomplishment was to somehow find a new 6L engine and have his team rebuild the heart of this classic truck. My wife just drove it home after picking it up from Milstead. In her own words, "it drives like a dream"... I cannot put to words how grateful I am to Thurman and the Milstead staff. Each and every experience that I've had with this amazing team keeps me and my truck coming back to a trusted friend and professional staff.

Jeff S. magnonila, 77	We tried to get some service done on our RV, after 2 weeks we decided to pick it up and just pay the diagnostics fee. We were shocked when the employee told us that we would be charged a 3 1.2% fee for using our credit card to pay the charges?? He stated that the credit card company was charging us this charge, No sir, the credit card company is charging you all this 3 1/2% just like every other company that accepts credit cards have to pay. At $175.00 per hour labor fee I would think that these charges are included in your prices. We will not ever be using your service center again.

Rob K. Lawrence, KS	My wife and I were returning home to Kansas after spending a few days in Galveston on May 4th. When we two studs sheared off of the drivers rear wheel at 75mph in the middle lane of the 5 lane highway. By the Grace of God I was able to maintain control while I made an aggressive line off the highway. We found ourselves in a parking lot, no real idea where exactly we were. To make matters just a little more exciting the sky opened up and it started pour. My wife pulled up Google and Milstead Service popped up. I called them and explained the situation to Greg. He told me they could work on the vehicle and sent me to the tow service. The gentleman asked me where we were at, I told him what business I could see and he knew exactly were we where. I told him my wife and I and our two golden retrievers would need a ride to the shop. He paused and then told me “no problem, I will send another tow truck.”. The two drives (I apologize I can not remember their names) arrived less than 15 minutes later. My wife and the dogs went with one driver and our Subaru and I went with the other. They quickly had the Subie on the rack and brought me back to the shop area to show me what had happened. They had to order a part to complete the repairs. We all waited in the waiting room while Randy made the repairs. Greg the service manger made sure we had water for us and our pups, while he kept us updated on the repairs. We were back on the road within 4 hours. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding customer service we received at Milstead Service. Our heartfelt appreciation to all of the Milstead Team for their hard work, outstanding customer service and compassion towards us as they work to get us back home. Sincerely Rob and Mary Anne Kort

I need to feel safe while out on the road, so I go where I can get the best warranty and where I know someone will pick me up or drop me off if need be. Milstead employee, Amber Titus, even tried to arrange one of their tow truck drivers to swing by and pick me up in Huntsville while he was in the area. I didn't take the ride, but the offer was very appreciated! I feel that Milstead will give me a fair account on repairs and will try to keep the cost down, if there are alternatives.

Chris W. Magnolia	I've had several company and personal vehicles repaired and maintained at Milstead. Turn around time is excellent and Thurman always takes care of me. I was in this morning for an oil change. They were honest with me and said there were two vehicles ahead of me and an appointment on the way which would also be pulled in ahead of me. I decided to wait and after giving the appointment a fair amount of time to arrive they went ahead and serviced my vehicle. I appreciate the honesty which allows me to decide how to spend my time and they were still faster than most of the places that claim to be "quick" with their oil changes. Plus the lobby is clean with plenty of comfortable places to sit. Vehicle service / repair is generally an expensive pain in the neck. Dealt with this place several times, I highly recommend.
