They know how to fix European cars without trying to get every dollar from your pocket. I won't take my x5 anywhere but here. For anyone searching on the web and looking to find a honest shop by reading reviews, make sure you see how many reviews and not just the first five. I made the mistake by going to Arizona Beemer guy down the street and was ripped off, jerked around, and taken advantage of. Luckily I found tanner and they fixed my car the right way without lying to me and taking my money. Tanner is the best shop for European cars. Don't go anywhere else.

Teresa M. Puyallup, WA	Sadly, the first thing most think about is honesty when it comes to mechanics/service shops. Let me say, Tanner is your advocate. If you are lucky enough to have Greg as your service advisor, you will be in great hands. He educates you, welcomes questions and is all around a great person. The BMW dealership said I had an oil leak (showed me picture of staining) and quoted me $2500 to fix it. Since it was not under warranty, I chose to get a second opinion with Tanner. Greg got me in quickly, the car was inspected, and it was reported back to me that I did NOT have a leak. It was just staining, probably from a previous oil change. Tanner, if they were not honest, could have easily did the work and I would have never questioned it. Thank you, Greg and the Tanner team.

They do all the maintenance on our 2015 VW Jetta TDI, which has 230,000 miles on it. We drive our little beauty 52,000 miles a year, so we visit Tanner about every 9 weeks!
