There are repair shops within walking distance of my home. In years past, I've used several of them to varying degrees of dissatisfaction. For over 3 years, I've been going to Eric Krebs Automotive. And although the drive is 13 miles out of my way, it doesn't bother me in the least, because Eric and his crew have earned my trust.
