	Great service and take care to keep my costs down
Travis & T. Des Moines, IA	Took my van in to have the air conditioner fixed and the cost was less than I anticipated which was a good surprise. They also discovered a gasket leak that most likely saved me from driving without oil and causing me more problems. With a teen driver, college driver and us we take 4 vehicles to West Side for maintenance and repair. West Side does their best to keep our costs down if possible. However, wouldn't mind a 5-10% loyalty discount each time we have work done. :)

Since my repair part was very expensive, the service team searched out the best price for me, and got me out the door under my original estimate. I don't expect this every time, but their willingness to go the extra mile was great!

	Fair Pricing, quality work, slow communication

Not that I needed them to call me hourly, but they were waiting for parts and the part apparently didn't come in when expected, which I didn't know until I called to follow-up. I had to call a day or two later to follow-up again.

Jeff called with the estimate. Tina called and assured me a ride would be there to get me soon. Wade picked me up and drove me back to the shop. Jeff stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle. I found a freshly washed vehicle inside and out. With a surprise in the front seat. I couldn't tell you one persons name at my old place(never again). I will definately "pop" back in as will the rest of my friends and family. Great Experience. Thank You.

They also caught a maintenance issue that we'd overlooked, so we got that taken care of at the same time. They are honest and honorable in the way they conduct their business. They did really well evaluating my vehicle and telling me the problem as well as putting other future essential repairs under consideration. Their customer service is well cared for and provide information important for the customer. I also think they put on repair prices a little bit off the edge compare to other service providers but my first day for me was a good experience.

Jeff is the first contact and is an outstanding individual to greet me first thing in the morning. His professinalism and knowledge are examples of the type of company Auto Pros stands for. Rachelv Clive, IA	I had my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed. Both experiences were excellent. I dropped my car off at 7:40 a.m. to catch the 7:55 a.m. shuttle. The shuttle was very timely in picking me back up as I needed by car done by noon. I have found that if I can clear in when I need to be picked back up, Westside is very accommodating and the shuttle drivers are very kind!
