	My experience with TOS has been uplifting
Tana Leigh G. Sacramento, CA	Trustworthy. Prices reasonable. Not cheap, mind you, but reasonable. A great place to socialize and work if you wait for your vehicle. Charges match or are less than estimates. Tom speaks intelligibly about what ails my car; I cease to be a dumb blonde during diagnoses discussions. Recommendations are provided and are differentiated from dire necessities. The waiting room is beautifully appointed, has free wireless connectivity, and though there is a television, it's (mercifully) off most of the time. Great selection of (free) close-enough-to-gourmet coffee AND water. There's a cool monster-sized dog that Mark will let you walk once in awhile. The other customers are always amazingly interesting. Tom is clever, entertaining and professional. When I am in need of immediate attention, Annie or other schedulers work me into the schedule. Same for my car. I think there must be a an ongoing spiritual influence there (who is praying for tos?) in that my experience with tos through the years has been consistently uplifting.
