OUTSTANDING IN ALL AREAS!!! From the beginning, my wife and I were treated courteously and professionally by your service rep Avo, as well as the rest of the Auto Stiegler staff with whom we came in contact. Avo was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about how to make sure everything was properly repaired, and he instilled the confidence in us that Auto Stiegler's collision repair service department had the experience and technical know-how, to put us back into our GLK 350 in the exact same condition it was in, 1 second before the accident occurred. Avo explained the estimating process to us, and made sure the car was completely accessible for the adjuster to come on-site, and make his total and complete estimate on a single shop visit. This procedure was very beneficial to all parties, as it insured that our vehicle would be thoroughly inspected and repaired, and it kept your shop from having to call the adjuster back in for multiple damage repair supplements related to unnoticed or hidden repair issues. This also saved a lot of repair time, by not re-involving the insurance company's claims adjuster in having to approve any such supplemental repair requests. In the long run, by being insistent with the insurance company that their field adjuster follow his recommended inspection format and schedule, Avo helped us get our car completely repaired, substantially quicker than had he not been so detailed and thorough in his requests. I would recommend Auto-Stiegler's Body Collision Repair Service to anyone needing their damaged vehicle repaired.
