Mastercraft's quality of work is excellent. The customer service was equally as good and I was taken care of for transport and pick-up. I was very pleased with the with the knowledge and workmanship. I was not pleased though to have been quoted an "out the door" price and then charged an extra $50 for shipping?!

The work they do is of high quality, but they seemed a little absent-minded or neglectful about communication with me. They would consistently tell me they would get to my car by a certain day/time or give a call by a certain time on a particular day, and they never did - I always had to do the calling and follow up myself. However, when I did call, they were quick on the phones and quick to respond which I did appreciate. Overall, I would recommend them to someone else.
